Revision options are included according to your selected package. Original design concepts are developed from the approved project brief. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed before work begins.
One refund policy
Refund Policy
This is the only refund arrangement for services purchased through this website.
Refund requests for services purchased from Modern Digital Services LLC are reviewed under this policy only. The Terms and Conditions use these same rules and do not set a different refund schedule.
Before Work Begins
You may cancel before work begins. Amounts paid will be refunded, less non-recoverable payment-processing fees.
After Work Begins
After work begins, a change of mind is not a basis for a refund. Fees cover time and concepts already produced.
If a deliverable listed in the written quotation is not provided, email marketing@moderndigitalservice.com within 5 days of that delivery. We will review the request. Any approved refund is limited to the unused portion of the quoted scope.
Duplicate Charges
A duplicate charge caused by a processing error is refunded.
Refunded Work
Work that is refunded remains the property of Modern Digital Services LLC and may not be used or published.
